I am an expert in bankruptcy law. I have significant experience in representing clients before Bankruptcy Trustees and Bankruptcy Judges. I handle Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases. I always had a significant interest in my client's financial problems and desire to get them out of these problems and restore their credit and life. Due to my outstanding work, I am listed in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in the World. The firm is a debt relief agency and helps people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
Civil Litigation/Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation
I am an expert in civil litigation, personal injury law, and workers' compensation. I provide personal attention. You shall always talk to a lawyer and not a paralegal. There are no fees unless i prevail. I have handled minor cases and very serious cases including wrongful death.
Criminal Law
I also have an expertise in criminal law. I handle all cases ranging from shop lifting to homicide. I have handled many jury and non-jury trials and court proceedings. I also have handled many appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsvlvania Supreme Court. I have had an excellent success record in my cases and hope to secure justice for my clients.
